Common questions
- I forgot my password.
- Use the password reset page. The email arrives within a minute; check spam if not.
- A booking didn't go through.
- First check your email for a confirmation. If none, it didn't process. Sign in, open Calendar, and try again. If you see a charge but no booking, email us with the date and time of the class.
- I need to switch studios.
- Click your studio name in the top header to switch between studios you belong to. To join a new studio, ask the studio to send you an invite link from their People page.
- I'm a studio owner — how do I onboard?
- Sign up at /signup and follow the studio onboarding flow. If you're migrating from another platform and have questions about importing customers, email us before you start.
