Cancel policies that actually hold
Set one cancellation window for your studio (24 hours by default): cancel a class inside it and the credit is used, cancel a workshop inside it and the payment is kept. On 1:1 sessions, a late cancel charges your fee to the customer's saved card, and a pay-after-session no-show is charged the session price — waivable by staff.
