Email & SMS reminders, billed at fair cost
Notification reminders carry real per-message cost from the providers we use (Resend for email, Twilio for SMS). Each tier includes a baseline; overage is billed at cost + a small margin on your next monthly invoice.

You can set a monthly hard cap on SMS spend in the billing settings. International SMS rates vary; we'll quote per-country if you ship abroad.
Frequently asked
- Do you take a percentage of my class sales?
- Yes — 0.5% of every customer payment, on top of the monthly subscription. That keeps the subscription tier affordable for indie teachers. Most competitors take 1-3% on top of much higher monthlies.
- What happens at the end of the free trial?
- If you've added a card, you'll be billed for the tier you selected. If not, your account drops to read-only — your data stays safe and you can reactivate by adding a card any time.
- Can I switch tiers later?
- Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- What happens when I exceed a tier's room or staff cap?
- We'll prompt you to upgrade before adding the room/staff that would exceed the cap — never a surprise charge. You can defer or upgrade right then.
- Do you handle payments to my customers' refunds?
- Refunds are issued by you through PranaLogic and processed by Stripe back to the customer's original payment method. Each studio sets its own refund policy and we surface it at checkout.
- Can I export my customer and booking data?
- Yes. Your data is yours; CSV export is available from the admin pages, and bulk export by request.
